• Second, follow the instructions in the email to create a password and take the next steps to complete the application.

Why do I need to create an account? 

• Setting up an account is the quickest way to apply for services. 
• You will be able to save your in-progress application and submit your application electronically.
• You can login and check your application status.
• Registering for an account helps to protect your personal information.
• This is your first step on the way to increasing the comfort of your home, receiving free or low-cost upgrades, and reducing your energy bills.
